Therapeutic action: Beneficial for the respiratory tract. It is the most complete honey   as it derives from nectars and pollen from many blooms. 
Pairings: in coffee or milk, on rusks, in natural yogurt. It can also be used on cheeses, ice cream, fruit salads and to prepare biscuits and cakes.
